**Concept:** A woman wakes up inside a world where every object, color, and person is perfectly organized — and slowly realizes she is the only thing out of place.

**Creative Direction:**
The video lives in the uncanny valley between utopia and suffocation. We open in a world of obsessive geometric perfection — pastel surfaces, symmetrical architecture, people moving in synchronized patterns — all rendered in a washed, overexposed palette that feels like a memory bleached by fluorescent light. As Thom Yorke's warped vocal loops fracture and multiply, so does our protagonist's grip on this sterile paradise. The emotional arc moves from seduction to claustrophobia to a final, devastating act of beautiful disorder.

**SCENE 1 — "The Hum Before Waking" (Electric piano intro, first pulsing chords)**

A woman's eye opens in extreme macro — we see the iris contract. She is lying on a white floor in a vast, empty room with no visible walls, just receding whiteness. The camera pulls back slowly on a dolly, impossibly smooth. She sits up. Every surface around her has a faint grid pattern, barely perceptible, like graph paper embedded in reality. Her hair is slightly disheveled — the only asymmetry in the frame. She touches the floor and it ripples like milk.

**Visual key:** The seductive pull of total control. Calm that feels one degree wrong.

**SCENE 2 — "Yesterday I Woke Up Sucking a Lemon" (Vocal entry, first verse)**

She stands and walks through a doorway that wasn't there before. She enters a neighborhood — but every house is identical, every lawn the exact same shade of green, every mailbox at the same angle. People stand in their yards, smiling, dressed in coordinated muted tones. They turn to look at her in perfect unison, like a flock of birds changing direction. The camera tracks alongside her in a long lateral dolly shot. She looks down — her shadow doesn't match the angle of everyone else's. The light source for her is different, as if she exists under a separate sun.

She enters a supermarket. Every product on every shelf is the same pale blue box, perfectly aligned. People move through the aisles in choreographed patterns, their shopping carts turning at exact right angles. She reaches for a box and pulls it slightly out of alignment — and every person in the store freezes. Holds. The camera slowly pushes in on her face. She pushes the box back. They resume. Shot from above: the shoppers' paths trace a perfect geometric mandala on the floor. She is the only dot that doesn't belong to the pattern.
